Häufige Fragen

• Wo ist mein Spielstand? Er liegt nur auf deinem Gerät. Wenn du die App löschst, ist er weg.
• Wie bekomme ich Lumens? Beim Spielen: Mini-Spiele, Pflege, Berührungs-Tricks, Quests und das tägliche Geschenk. Wer mag, kann im Tresor (Tippen auf das Lumens-Konto oben) zusätzlich Lumens-Pakete kaufen – nötig ist das nie, alles lässt sich auch erspielen.
• Ein Kauf ist nicht angekommen oder ich möchte eine Erstattung. Bezahlt wird über Apple. Starte die App neu, dann wird ein abgeschlossener Kauf nachgereicht. Erstattungen beantragst du bei Apple unter https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Kinder fragen bitte vor jedem Kauf ihre Eltern.
• Lumino ist krank – was tun? Unter Medizin findest du das passende Heilmittel; es zeigt an, wogegen es hilft.
• Wie ändere ich die Sprache? Einstellungen → Sprache.
• Wie verlasse ich die Rangliste? Profil → Rangliste → Austreten. Dein Eintrag wird sofort gelöscht.

• Where is my progress? Only on your device. Deleting the app removes it.
• How do I get Lumens? By playing: mini-games, care, touch tricks, quests and the daily gift. If you like, you can also buy Lumens packs in the vault (tap your Lumens balance at the top) – you never need to, everything can also be earned by playing.
• A purchase didn't arrive, or I'd like a refund. Payment is handled by Apple. Restart the app and a completed purchase will be credited. Refunds are requested from Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Children, please ask your parents before buying anything.
• Lumino is ill – what now? Under Medicine you find the right remedy; each card says what it cures.
• How do I change the language? Settings → Language.
• How do I leave the ranking? Profile → Ranking → Leave. Your entry is deleted at once.
